Mechanical Fitter
Join Arlington Fleet Services as an Experienced Mechanical Fitter at Eastleigh Works. We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage our Bogies & Locomotives team at Eastleigh Works. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee production, resources, quality, schedules and team performance while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering, leadership and people-management experience, with the ability to develop teams and drive continuous improvement.
